Refund Policy

When returning or exchanging a product, the client shall:

1. Complete an application indicating all defects of the purchased item. In case of an exchange, specify the full name of the product to be exchanged;
2. Download, print, and fill out the application form (the download link is provided above);
3. Sign the application by hand, scan it, and send it to store@bc-zenit.com;
4. Send the product by mail with the original signed application enclosed. Upon receipt of the package, we will either ship the requested replacement product or issue a refund.

Conditions for the Return or Exchange of Goods of Proper Quality (if the product does not fit in size or style)

1. Exchange and return of goods may be carried out within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product retains its original condition, consumer properties, and is accompanied by documents confirming the fact and conditions of purchase on the website store.bc-zenit.com;
2. Refunds for goods of proper quality will be processed no later than 10 days from the date of your request to Customer Support at store@bc-zenit.com.

Conditions for the Return or Exchange of Goods of Improper Quality

1. Exchange or return may be carried out within 20 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is fully equipped and accompanied by receipts;
2. Refunds for goods of improper quality will be processed no later than 10 calendar days from the date of your request to Customer Support at store@bc-zenit.com;
3. You may exchange goods of improper quality for an identical item. If an identical item is unavailable, a refund will be issued no later than 10 calendar days from the date of your request to Customer Support at store@bc-zenit.com;
4. All transportation costs associated with returning or exchanging goods will be covered by the Club;
5. The Club does not accept returns of goods of proper quality with thermal printing (custom prints) applied at your request.
