Once the payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email. During business hours (10:00-18:00), a manager will usually contact you within an hour to confirm the details and arrange delivery.
After placing an order, our manager will contact you to schedule the delivery date and time. On the delivery day, the courier will call you 1 hour before arrival.
Delivery within Russia takes 2 to 12 days, depending on the region.
Yes, you can pick up your order at our pickup point: Futbolnaya Alley, 8, Entrance No. 26, CSC Arena (1 km from Zenit metro station, 2 km from Krestovsky Ostrov metro station).
Working hours: Monday — Friday, 10:00 to 18:00.
If your order is paid before 15:00, you can collect it the same day (or by agreement with a manager).
